Huayang PET spunbond substrate fabric production line
Complete production line for high-strength PET spunbond substrate fabric used as the tire for modified-asphalt waterproof membranes.
Complete slot-drawing PET spunbond thermal-bonding nonwoven production line.
The slot drawing thermal bonding production line is a spunbond nonwoven line built to produce thermally bonded fabric using slot filament drawing. It works on the spunbond principle: PET or PLA chips are melt-spun into continuous filaments by slot air drawing, laid into a web, then consolidated by heat with no chemical binder. Continuous-filament web forming gives even coverage and consistent strength. The finished fabric offers high tensile strength, a small transverse-to-longitudinal strength ratio, good dimensional stability, aging resistance and corrosion resistance, suiting gas, liquid and composite filter media, building reinforcement, household textiles, clothing interlining, floor-leather base cloth, shed-cover materials and packaging. Compared with tubular drawing, slot drawing yields finer filaments at higher speed: basis weights of 10–150g/m² at 1.0–3.0dpf and 15–150m/min, favoring lightweight, high-speed fabrics. The line comes in three work widths of 1.6m, 2.4m and 3.2m for outputs of 2,400, 3,700 and 5,000 tonnes per year. Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Huayang representative in Vietnam, advising on line configuration by work width and target output, with installation, commissioning and warranty support.
| Work width | Capacity |
|---|---|
| 1.6m | 2400t/y |
| 2.4m | 3700t/y |
| 3.2m | 5000t/y |
This line uses slot air drawing with a much higher production speed (15–150 m/min versus 5–70 m/min) and a lighter fabric weight range (10–150 g/m² versus 20–240 g/m²); at the same work widths it also delivers higher capacity than the tubular-drawing line.
The line runs PET chips or PLA chips.
This thermal-bonded nonwoven is used for gas/liquid filter or composite filter materials, building reinforcement, household textiles, clothing interlining, floor-leather base cloth, shed/greenhouse cover materials, and packaging.
Three work widths: 1.6 m (2,400 t/y), 2.4 m (3,700 t/y) and 3.2 m (5,000 t/y).
