Huayang PET spunbond substrate fabric production line
Complete production line for high-strength PET spunbond substrate fabric used as the tire for modified-asphalt waterproof membranes.
Complete production line for PET spunbond needle-punched geotextile used across modern construction and infrastructure projects.
The PET spunbond geotextile production line is a spunbond nonwoven line built to produce needle-punched geotextile for construction and infrastructure projects. It works on the spunbond principle: PET chips (or recycled PET bottle sheets with the matching equipment) are melt-spun into continuous filaments by tubular air draft, laid into a web, then consolidated by needle-punching. Forming the web directly from continuous filaments gives even coverage and high strength across the whole fabric. With high tensile strength, high elongation, good weather, creep and corrosion resistance, PET spunbond needle-punched geotextile is a key material in modern construction; after direct or compound treatment it serves water-conservancy works, ports and wharves, airports, highways, urban transport, national-defense, energy, mining and landfill projects. The line produces fabrics of 100–800g/m² at 2.5–5.5dpf and 2–16m/min, across three work widths of 4.5m, 6.2m and 7.0m for outputs from 5,500 up to 11,000 tonnes per year. Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Huayang representative in Vietnam, advising on line configuration by work width and target output, with installation, commissioning and warranty support.
| Work width | Capacity |
|---|---|
| 4.5m | 5500~7000t/y |
| 6.2m | 7600~9700t/y |
| 7.0m | 8600~11000t/y |
The PET spunbond needle-punched geotextile from this line is used in water-conservancy engineering, port and wharf construction, airports, highways, urban transportation, national-defense engineering, energy and mining projects, and landfills.
The line produces fabric at 100–800 g/m², with 2.5–5.5 dpf denier, a production speed of 2–16 m/min, using tubular air draft.
Three work widths are available: 4.5 m (5,500–7,000 t/y), 6.2 m (7,600–9,700 t/y) and 7.0 m (8,600–11,000 t/y).
This line is dedicated to geotextile, running a heavier weight range (100–800 g/m² versus 80–300 g/m²) and wider work widths (up to 7.0 m), for infrastructure and water-conservancy use rather than as a tire for asphalt waterproof membranes.
Pricing depends on the work width and configuration chosen. Contact Vina Nonwoven via hotline or Zalo for configuration advice and a quote.
