White Shark rotor-spinning parts include WS-series OE card clothing in two coating variants: DC (chromium-based nano coating, bright white) and DN (nickel-based diamond composite coating, bright yellow). The ring gear combines coated card clothing with an aluminium-magnesium alloy ring at only half the weight of a steel ring, cutting energy consumption; the nano-diamond coating gives a bright, sharp needle tip at HV1200-1300 hardness that is extremely wear-resistant — suited to spinning many fibers, especially higher-grade ones. The range also includes a new combined toothed-ring opening-roller assembly (removable with just a five-point hex screwdriver), all-aluminium hollow combing-roller bodies for semi-automatic Rieter machines, and fully automatic opening rollers for the Rieter R series (toothed-ring combined and integral types). Broadly compatible with Schlafhorst, Rieter, Rifa, Titan, Oerlikon, Jingwei, Seiko, Matrice and other models.
