Product overview
Recycled polyester staple fibre is made from PET/polyester waste and post-consumed PET bottles for non-woven carpets, wadding, premium pillows, cushions and quilts, spinning yarns and geotextiles; hollow fibre gives good resilience. The whole line has two parts: a spinning line (vacuum/crystallizing drying, extrusion, filtering, spin beam, quenching, winding, drafting and can-traversing) and a finishing line (creel stand, stretching, stacking & crimping, heat-setting and baling). Typical case: a 60 TPD line.
