Sitting at the head of the nonwoven line, the pre-opener loosens fiber bales and feeds the next stage by fan. An integrated cast frame gives high stability, clamp-type feeding opens the fiber evenly and a strong magnet removes metal debris to protect the machine; the opening roller uses a claw-tooth or blade structure, with three width options to suit a range of outputs.
