Product overview
The blending opener is an opening-and-mixing machine in the nonwoven fabric production line, used to loosen many different fiber bales and blend them into one uniform mixture.
Once loosened, the fiber is mixed evenly by five beaters, and operators can set a separate mixing time for each fiber type to reach the desired blend ratio. Automatic feeding sharply reduces labor intensity, while the feeder is fitted with electronic weighing for accurate dosing. Two widths are available, 1500mm and 2000mm, with capacities of 400–500 kg/h.
