The Type I cross lapper folds the carded web before feeding the next stage, suited to needle-punch, spunlace and thermal-bonding nonwoven production. A new folded-plate frame keeps it stable, an anti-static PVC apron handles the infeed, and the reciprocating motion is driven by a synchronous belt for smooth, precise laying.
