Product overview
The middle chamber blender is a mixing-and-storage unit in the nonwoven fabric production line, used to blend pre-opened fiber and feed the card line continuously and steadily.
The chamber both mixes and buffers the fiber, controlled by three photoelectric sensors together with a volume-adjustable vibrating feeder that keeps the fiber flow steady. The roller surface carries claw nails, and anti-wrap devices at both ends limit material jams when the line runs continuously. Two widths are available, 1500mm and 2000mm.
