The Type Ⅲ high-speed carding machine is a fiber-carding unit built specifically for spunlace lines, forming an even fiber web to feed the next stage of nonwoven production. It is the fastest carding model in the range, matching the high throughput of spunlace technology.
It combines high-precision steel rollers with double-cylinder carding to hold the mat even at very high output speed, while a stainless-steel under-screen and a pneumatic lifting safety shield keep operation stable and safe. The machine comes in 2500mm, 3000mm and 3750mm widths, with an output speed of ≤90m/min and power of 43~106kw.

Type Ⅲ comes only in the larger 2500mm, 3000mm and 3750mm widths, while Type Ⅱ runs 1850mm, 2000mm, 2300mm and 2500mm. And Type Ⅲ is a spunlace-dedicated machine with high-precision steel rollers, whereas Type Ⅱ is a general high-speed carding machine serving several technologies. If your line is not spunlace and works at 2500mm or below, Type Ⅱ is usually the better fit.
