The Type Ⅱ high-speed carding machine cards the processed batt twice to output an even web before feeding the next stage. Double-cylinder carding keeps the mat even even at high output speed; the feeding section has a metal-proof device, a stainless under-screen and a pneumatic lifting safety shield, and a patented suction device recycles flying fiber to the dust bag to stay clean.
