Product overview
The fine opener is the main opening machine in the nonwoven fabric production line, used to further loosen and thoroughly blend the fiber already processed by the pre-opener before the batt is formed.
It takes the pre-opened fiber, tears it finer and mixes it more evenly, then uses a fan to feed the next stage, raising the uniformity of the fiber flow. An integrated CNC-machined bending frame gives high stability, clamp-type feeding opens the fiber evenly, and a strong magnet removes metal debris; the opening roller uses rigid aluminium-alloy carding plates or carding wire. Three widths are available, 1000mm, 1300mm and 1500mm, with capacities of 300–500 kg/h.
