Product overview
The fine opener takes fiber already loosened by the pre-opener, opens and blends it further, then feeds the next stage by fan. An integrated CNC-machined bending frame gives high stability, clamp-type feeding opens the fiber evenly and a strong magnet removes metal debris; the opening roller uses rigid aluminium-alloy carding plates or carding wire, with three machine-width options.
