The Type Ⅰ carding machine cards the processed batt twice to output an even web before feeding the next stage. Double-cylinder carding gives an even mat; the feeding section has a metal-proof device, a stainless under-screen and a pneumatic lifting safety shield. The working and stripping rollers use a double-row bearing structure with shaft sleeves that protect the shaft nose from wear, and a patented suction device recycles flying fiber to the dust bag to keep things clean.
