Overview

Product overview

The woolen series is White Shark metal card clothing for the wool cards used in woolen spinning, opening and carding wool and cashmere fibers into a fine web before spinning.

The two lines cover different parts of the card: the wool line comprises clothing for the cylinder and the doffer only, while the cashmere line goes wider, covering the cylinder, opening roller, work roll, peeling roll, transfer roll, work-roll doffer and licker-in roller. Backed by more than 60 years of card-clothing manufacturing, White Shark uses a self-developed special coating that holds multiple national invention patents, with precision machining for teeth that card gently and last. Once the teeth wear, fine wool fibers break more easily and yarn evenness falls away.

Vina Nonwoven supplies genuine White Shark metal card clothing, advises on the right tooth specification for each roller of your wool or cashmere card, and takes made-to-order requests — please contact us for a quote.
