The vertical lapper stands the carded web up to build a thick, springy batt before the next stage — ideal for sofas, mattresses, coir mattresses and other high-recovery goods. A new folded-plate frame keeps it stable, an anti-static PVC apron handles the infeed, and a synchronous-belt-driven reciprocating motion lays the web smoothly.
