Zhentai Cross Lapper
Cross-laps the carded web to build the batt before the next stage — suited to needle-punch, spunlace and thermal-bonding lines.
Type a machine or brand name — for example "needle loom", "carding", "Zhentai".
Creates a velour-like fabric surface for automotive carpet and decoration fabric.
A velour needle loom is a needle-punching machine used to create a smooth, velvet-like fabric surface on a needle-punch production line.
It is dedicated to automotive floor carpet and velvet-surface decoration fabric: the barbed needles draw fibre ends upward to raise an even, fine pile on the fabric base. Twin main shafts and twin needle areas with roller-type transmission and a precise dynamic-balancing mechanism let it run at the highest frequency in its class, 800–1400 punches/min, while a short needle stroke of 20–30mm controls pile height, with working widths of 2200–4200mm and a needle density of 5000n/m per board (×2 boards). A fibre-dust recycling and filtration bag keeps the workshop clean.
Vina Nonwoven is the authorized Zhentai representative in Vietnam: we help you choose the right width and needle density for your product, with local installation, maintenance and warranty.
It is dedicated to producing automotive carpet and decoration fabric with a smooth, velvet-like (velour) surface.
Its twin main shafts and twin needle areas with roller-type transmission and precise dynamic balancing keep the machine stable at high speed, producing an even, smooth velour finish.
Yes — it recycles fiber dust into a filtration bag, keeping the production environment clean during operation.
Machine width is 2200~4200mm, needle density 5000n/m×2boards, needle stroke 20~30mm, and needle frequency 800~1400s/min.
All three create a surface effect on carpet, but they make three different products. The velour loom uses two needle boards (5000n/m×2boards) with a 20~30mm needle stroke — the shortest in the group — at 800~1400s/min across 2200~4200mm; that short stroke is what lifts the fibre into a fine velour pile. The striped loom works at 5000n/m, a 30mm stroke and 900s/min across 2200~5600mm, giving a stripe effect rather than a pile. The pattern loom carries a 16000n/m needle density and a 60mm stroke to build multi-colour designs. Choose by the finished surface: velour pile, stripes, or multi-colour patterning.
