Twin main shafts and twin needle areas with roller-type transmission and a precise dynamic-balancing mechanism let it run at the highest frequency in its class, 800–1400 punches/min, while a short needle stroke of 20–30mm controls pile height, with working widths of 2200–4200mm and a needle density of 5000n/m per board (×2 boards). A fibre-dust recycling and filtration bag keeps the workshop clean.
