Product overview
The spunlace head is the heart of hydroentanglement (spunlacing): rows of high-pressure water jets fire through the fiber web, entangling the fibers tightly and bonding them into fabric purely mechanically — with no adhesive and no heat. The result is a soft, absorbent, strong and clean spunlace nonwoven suited to wipes, hygiene products and medical materials. Jet layout and water pressure are controlled to keep the entanglement even across the full fabric width.
