A pattern needle loom mainly used to produce multi-color designs on nonwoven substrates, making pattern and rib carpets widely used in automotive, exhibition, hotel and housing applications. It uses a double-shaft drive: the main shaft moves the needle beam up and down in a straight line at high speed, while the ancillary shaft controls needle depth and gap. A framework with a big oil tank, built from good-quality steel, keeps it stable and firm.
