Product overview
The stripper plate and bed plate form the core needle guiding assembly inside the needling zone of an industrial needle loom.
The bed plate supports the fiber web as needles punch downward, while the stripper plate prevents the web from lifting as needles retract. Precision CNC machining ensures exact alignment with the needle board hole pattern. Every perforation is chamfered and polished to prevent fiber accumulation, eliminate needle friction, and drastically reduce needle breakage during high-speed production.
