The ultrasonic needle board cleaning tank provides deep non-destructive cleaning for the tens of thousands of microscopic perforations across industrial needle boards.
During high-speed needle punching, loose fiber lint and spinning finish oils progressively compact inside board perforations. This accumulation exerts radial pressure on needle shanks, inducing severe needle deflection and catastrophic multi-needle breakage. High-power ultrasonic transducers produce cavitation micro-bubbles in a heated aqueous solution, penetrating deep into every hole and dislodging encrusted residue in 15–30 minutes. Constructed from corrosion-resistant SUS 304 stainless steel with digital temperature and cycle timers.
