The five-shaft cross lapper is a high-speed web-laying unit dedicated to spunlace, and equally suited to needle-punch, thermal-bond and chemical-bond nonwovens. It pairs an anti-static carbon curtain with high-performance driving rollers, a high-speed batt-feeder, a PLC-interface control system and a stable auto-adjust edge system.
