The brush conveyor apron serves as the resilient support foundation in velour needle punching lines, absorbing needle penetration and holding fiber loops to form uniform velour pile.
As crown or fork needles penetrate the fiber web, they plunge directly into the dense nylon brush bed. As needles withdraw, the resilient bristles hold the vertical fibers in place, forming the smooth velour velvet finish on automotive and commercial floor felts. High-grade PA 6.6 bristles resist heat and friction without permanent set. Modular aluminum slat mounting allows individual damaged segments to be replaced cost-effectively without renewing the full belt.
