The pneumatic needle inserting and extracting tool is an essential maintenance instrument for nonwoven needle-punch factories.
A single needle board carries 3,000 to 15,000 needles. Manual insertion with hammers is labor-intensive, risks bending needle shanks, deforms board holes, and causes worker fatigue. Operating on standard shop air (4–7 bar), the pneumatic tool presses each needle shank to an exact, calibrated depth stop. For needle changeovers, the pulling chuck grips the blade and extracts broken or worn needles straight out without damaging delicate aluminum needleboard perforations.
