The Blending Opener is a core machine of the needle-punch line: it feeds fiber automatically and combines fiber types evenly and efficiently. Five mixing rollers blend every fiber type uniformly and allow flexible time and parameter settings, while an advanced control system and a precise electronic scale reduce reliance on labor, stabilize quality and lift the whole line’s output.
